How to reset my e-mail password

You can reset your password in two methods:

1) You can log into your control panel and reset your password there.
(The control-panel link should be included in your welcome e-mail, but if not, you can e-mail us at Support).

2) You can e-mail us directly at Support from an account on-file and we will reset and send back a new password.

Sorry, for security reasons, we will not give or reset passwords over the telephone.
