Check your spam folder in webmail
You should periodically check your spam folders in webmail.1) Login to webmail
2) Click on the SPAM folder on the left
3) Identify any e-mails you think are legitimate.
If you click on the check-box on the left and then click on WHITELIST, future e-mails from this user should go to your inbox.
If you click on the check-box and then click MOVE TO and then INBOX, it will go back to your inbox and you can view the e-mail.
